Vitamins for your hair, skin, digestion and full body

Here’s a quick summary of the daily vitamins I take for my body for my vegan diet. I have experimented with a lot of different vitamins over the past few years and finally found the ones that are working for me.

These have been recommended to me by my nutritionist, doctors, friends and family who have tried and tested (especially the herbal ones).

Some of the ones included here are 100% natural and herbal as I believe in taking natural therapies as much as possible. But some of the ones I need to take as I don’t get that in my regular diet being a vegan.
