Are Your Medications Causing Vitamin Deficiencies?

Many patients and health care providers do not know what vitamin deficiencies are caused by which medications. Today, I review commonly prescribed medications and common vitamin deficiencies they can cause. My hopes is that these vitamin levels will either be monitored or replaced.
