Super C Strawberry Wellness Shots For Immune Support

With cold and flu season in full swing (not to mention a global pandemic), now more than ever it’s important to practice lifestyle habits that support our immune system.

While evidence on foods to “boost” immune health is lacking, there is plenty of research to show that certain vitamins and minerals are necessary for our immune system to operate optimally. In this video, we discuss important nutrients for immune health like vitamin C, vitamin A, and zinc and the best plant-based sources of them.
