Red Cabbage Recipe/Easy Thoran #Shorts /Cabbage and Coconut

Red cabbage has a good mix of vitamins and minerals, especially folate, which is essential during pregnancy and also helps the body to produce red blood cells.
It also contains vitamin C, which helps protect our cells by acting as an antioxidant, and potassium, which we need for a healthy heart.

It is rich in vitamins C and K1, both of which are essential for building and maintaining strong, healthy bones.
It also contains smaller amounts of bone-benefitting nutrients, such as calcium, manganese, and zinc.
Method of preparation:

Ingredients
Red cabbage two cups
Grated Coconut 3 tbsp
Green Chilli chopped 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

For Vagar
Coconut oil 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urad seeds 1/2 tsp
Chana daal 1/2 tsp
Dry Red chili 2
Curry leaves pinch

Steps:
Mix cabbage with coconut salt and chilies
Heat oil and add vagar and finally put cabbage and steam till done!
Garnish with grated coconut
