Nutrition Facts: Vegan Diet/Plant Based Diet (Pt 1) – Omega 3, Vitamin B12, Iron Deficiency Anemia

New audio segment I’ll be doing called Nutrition Facts, to clear up the many misconceptions STILL circulating on what constitutes a healthy diet and nutrition plan. Naturally, this will focus on meat eating and the importance of animal products at first – since there’s still misinformation being spread by (so called) health professionals regarding vegan diets/plant based diets. Like T Colin Campbell and “The China Study,” John McDougall and “The Starch Solution,” Dr Michael Greger and his website “nutritionfacts.org,” Dean Ornish’s Program for Reversing Heart Disease, Neal Barnard’s Program for Reversing Diabetes, and the various vegan documentaries they’re quoted/cited in – Game changers, Forks Over Knives, Cowspiracy, What the Health, etc.
