Hey hey!
Another What I Eat video!
I am really spontaneous when it comes to everyday cooking, but I still put an effort to make it as healthy as possible.
As a vegan, I do take supplements like vitamin B12 and vitamin D( when there’s no sun). Besides, I also sometimes take calcium supplements when I’m aware of a deficiency from my food. However, I believe that in the ideal situation, we should always get most of the nutritions (except those cannot be acquired with a vegan diet like B12), so that’s my goal for the moment.
