Vegan To Carnivore: Vitamin D Deficiency recovered!

All of the 4 years of being vegan I have been severely deficient in Vitamin D. Even though I spend time in the sun, even though I supplemented with Vitamin D3. Just within two weeks on a Ketogenic/carnivorous diet I have recovered my deficiency and am well above the healthy range. I never have been more thankful for good quality animal products. And eggs, yes eggs are great.
