In today’s video we highlight a list of foods rich in Vitamin K2. These are the best sources available of K2, which is a difficult nutrient to get from the diet. Unlike it’s counterpart (K1) it is nearly impossible to get this from vegetables as it is fat soluble. The best Vegan source of Vitamin K2 is Natto – a fermented soybean from Japan, or if you are on a plant based diet.

Vitamin K2 is a vital nutrient which removes calcium from the arteries, veins and soft tissues. It then moves this calcium into the bones to strengthen them.

If you have digestive problems then you may need to take apple cider vinegar, or purified bile salts as supplements. These will help your stomach to break down and absorb vitamin K2.
