Broccoli Nutrition Facts | Vegetables

Here are some of the main nutrition facts about boiled broccoli:

– Broccoli is particularly rich in vitamin K1. It provides more than 200% of the daily needs for women and around 180% for men.

– It’s also a good source of vitamin C. It provides around 44mg per 100g which is 110% of our daily needs.

– 100g of boiled broccoli contains around 42% of the daily recommended amount in vitamin E for men and 56% for women.

– It contains 14–17% of our daily needs in folate and vitamin A per 100g.

– Broccoli provides around 9% of our daily needs in fibre per 100g.

– Lastly, it’s a good source of lots of minerals, including phosphorus, iron, manganese, potassium, and also B vitamins. It provides 4–11% of the daily recommended amount per 100g.
