Rainbow Light and Whole Foods Hair Vitamins: Information Based Review

In this video I offer a review of Rainbow Light Nail, Hair & Skin Connection as well as Whole Foods Hair, Skin & Nails with MSM vitamins. This video is meant to be informative and share with my viewers two vitamin supplements that have an interesting composition of ingredients. For example, the Rainbow Light has ingredients such as Horsetail, Burdock Root, Organic Spirulina, and Fo Ti. In addition, the Whole Foods supplement has ingredients such as Gotu Kola, Dandelion, and Green Tea. I was taking one of each of these vitamins at night in addition to the Mega Food Skin, Nails & Hair 3x a day (see video).
Rainbow Light Nail, Hair & Skin Connection Ingredients: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B-1, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B-12, Biotin, Vitamin B-5, Zinc, Copper, MSM, PABA, Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, Choline, Inositol, Methionine, Organic Spirulina, Rosemary Leaf Oil, Horsetail, Stinging Nettle, Fo Ti, Oregon Grape Root, Burdock Root, Citrus Peel, Ginger, Red Clover.

[*NOTE: In this video, I do not have before and after visuals of hair growth. I solely share my background information and my review of the vitamins. I ask that my reviewers respect the fact that I am uneasy about attaching “hair growth” solely to a certain vitamin supplement and thereby influencing viewers to purchase it without making an informed holistic decision.]
