Here’s his daily supplement regimen:
1. A one-a-day multi-vitamin with vitamins A,B,C,D, and E
2. Vitamin D-3 supplement (preferably with Calcium-Magnesium) 1,000 to 1,200 IU
3. Omega-3s (with DHA): Either Algae or Fish Oil based
