Vitamins support brain health. That seems somewhat obvious. Due to having an ADHD brain… I finally looked into what supplements actually improve brain function and what brain supplements may work to improve my brains current situation, because a situation it is. I’m so excited to learn about the supplements that improve my brain health because I know I don’t want to have dementia when I get older, it runs in my family! I want improved memory and brain function, and overall brain health. The healthier the brain the healthier the body. There are so many good vitamins, supplements, and minerals for brain health that I could only touch the surface of everything that is out there!
