In this video I show a full typically day of training, meals, film, and recovery strategies that I do. I usually do something like this everyday except for the weekend. I really try to get the most out of each day and work on parts of my game that are weaknesses through the programs that I create for myself. I have used these types of programs on many players and they have seen drastic improvements in their games as well. The methodologies I use to train myself are scientifically-back by many sports scientist specialists, personal trainers, pro coaches, and etc. The strategies I use to nutrition myself are inspired by NASM as I am a certified Nutrition Coach with them.
Over the last couple of years I have totally changed my physique, training, eating, and daily scheduling habits to develop myself into the best footballer I possibly can be.
