Slimmingworld – I try to keep to the general food principles of Syns.
MyFitnessPal – I often use this great app if I’m counting my calories, or looking to see what percentages I’m hitting (or missing!)
Strava – I use this to track my bike rides!
Fastic – If I’m in the mood for a bit of fasting, this app helps track the timings of each fast!
VeryFitPro – This is the app that links to my cheap smart watch. Tracks exercise, sleep and heart rate as well as tells the time!!!
