One A Day natural fruit bites multivitamin Apple flavor fruit is the first ingredient no high frutos corn syrup synthetic colors gelatin artificial sweeteners or flavors no GMOs gluten free vegetarian dietary supplement to bite in each packet and it’s Apple flavor but in my review I said it tasted like prune I did not get the Apple flavoring but overall I do think this is really great source of multivitamins and I will be interested on trying more from one a day
