Most people get some Vitamin D from Sun light exposure , although individuals in our Country get the nutrient from forlified foods such as Milk , Orange juice , and break fast cereals.
At higher Latitudes , people with more melanin content in their skin have lower blood levels of Vitamin D because their skin doesn´t produce as much in response to sun light.
Vitamin D might be helpful in that there is evidence if can altenuate Immune responses which can prevent the “ cyto kine ) storms seen in some patients with Covid-19.
