Healthy, Natural Green Smoothie (PH Balancing, detox, anti-inflammatory & Immune Booster)

Hi everyone, just here sharing another smoothie video. This is one I use with many clients and I will leave the ingredients below: I will leave the serving amount that is my personal preference (you can amend to how you see fit).

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana
1 ripe pear
1 cup Kale
1 cup watercress
1/2 a small cucumber (skin on or off)
1 Tbsp (small segment a tablespoon size) Raw Root Ginger.
1tsp-tbsp spirulina (organic)
Coconut water/natural spring water or Alkaline water (to taste – I use around 250-350ml.

Blend and enjoy in the morning or as a healthy booster throughout the day.

Use this in-line with a healthy diet of course and the results will be superb!
