Planner Setup: Wellness in my Good Habits Classic Happy Planner (Medication & Symptom Management)

Let’s talk Wellness! I think wellness planning is probably the most individualized planning out there. Everyone has different wellness needs and goals, and for me—a person living with an impaired immune system—wellness is about medication and symptom management. I track exercise and mood as well as temperature (checking for infection risk), but I don’t count calories or weigh (unless my doctor deems it necessary). If you also track taking multiple medications each day, or do symptom-tracking, this approach may up your alley. Just remember—there is no one way of wellness planning, so try things out until you have something that works for your needs. And NEVER be ashamed of physical or mental illness or asking for help!
