☑️ without fruits in the diet, it is impossible to prevent or fight cancers and heart diseases.
☑️ fruits are also needed to prevent premature skin aging, adding collagen to the skin, and bones.
☑️Fruits can enhance vision 👀
☑️ Fruits can result in weight loss and improve the metabolism faster than any other food group- contrary to popular belief.
☑️start to add fruits to your daily routine if you wish to strengthen your immune system and have strong capabilities to fight infections 😷
