Lemon Coriander Soup | Best Soup For Winter | Refreshing and Rich In Vitamin C

Coriander Lemon Soup Ingredients;

1ltr Chicken yakhni
1 tsp Cooking oil
2 tsp corn flour
1 tsp Ginger chopped
1 tbsp Garlic chopped
1+1/2cup Green Coriander leaves
1/2cup Chopped coriander stems
Salt and spices, Green onion and chili

Coriander Lemon Soup Cooking Method;

1. Heat 1 tsp cooking oil at medium flame. Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, fry for 1 minute, and add 1 tsp chopped ginger, and fry for another 30 seconds. Add 2 chopped green chili and 1/4 cup white part of fresh onion. Fry all the contents for 40 seconds, add 1/2cup chopped coriander stems, sauté all the contents for another 20-30 seconds, and then pour 1 liter chicken yakhni, 1/4tsp each of salt, and white & black pepper powder. Also add 15 grams of chopped fresh onion and boil/cook for 5 minutes.

2. Dissolve 2 tbsp corn flour in 1/2cup water and pour into the pan. Mix and cook all the contents for another 1 minute. Now squeeze 1/2 lemon juice and add 1+1/2cup chopped coriander leaves and cook for about 1 minute. Turn off the flame.

3. Coriander Lemon Soup is ready. Serve hot!
