I have suffered from chronic migraines for as long as I can remember, and ever since I recovered from anorexia, my immune system has never been the same. In this video, I open up about my battle with chronic migraine headaches and nausea as well as what I’m doing to help prevent them naturally. I also show you how I’m boosting my immune system and healing my gut through proper nutrition, supplementation, and living a healthy lifestyle.
