Hello Friends! In this video, I review the supplements we most commonly recommend for our patients, particularly if they are not getting the expected results quickly and/or if they have consistent TMJD flare-ups. I’ve listed all the supplements and how/why they help.

I would recommend starting with 1-2 supplements at a time, rather than shocking your system and taking them all at once.

Osteo Formula: 3 tablets per day (1 with each meal)

Anti-Inflammatory Formula: 1 tablet 2-3 times per day (1 with each meal)

Joint Formula: 1 tablet 2-3 times per day (1 with each meal)

Tranquility Formula: 1-2 per night, right before bedtime

Vitamin C: 1000 mg per day (1 EmergenC Packet): 1 packet per day

Ligaplex I: 3 tablets per day (1 with each meal)

Ligaplex II: 3 tablets per day (1 with each meal)
