Herd immunity, also known as population immunity, is a concept used for vaccination.
In herd immunity, the vast majority of a population are vaccinated, lowering the overall amount of virus spread in the whole population.
Health experts have noted that anything less than a 100% effective vaccine would require an increase in vaccinations to reach herd immunity.
