The American Academic of Pediatrics recommends children be introduced to foods other than breast milk or infant formula when they are about 6 months old. Every child is different. Doctors used to recommend waiting to introduce eggs and other allergens until baby has reached at least 4 months, but better ask a pediatrics before adding egg to baby’s milk.
A good first place to start with introducing eggs is with the yolks only. Hard boil an egg, peel off the shell, and take the yolk out. Mash it together with breast milk, formula, (or whole milk if your baby is over 1 years old).
Whole Oats are Incredibly Nutritious. they are rich in Antioxidants, including Avenanthramides, also contain a Powerful Soluble Fiber Called Beta-Glucan. This superfood can provide your infant with the energy they need and aid their growth spurts.

After 6 months, breastmilk is still your baby’s main source of energy and nutrients, but solid foods should now be added.
Your baby has a small stomach and needs to be eating small amounts of soft nutritious food frequently throughout the day.
In addition to grains and tubers, feed your baby a variety of foods – especially animal foods (dairy, eggs (yolk first), meat, fish, and poultry), fruits and vegetables – every day.
