The immense value of quality nutrition has been something we all have become aware of during the past year. Our immune system has been put under pressure in so many ways and many women in our community have found creative ways to survive and thrive. We have discovered the value of high-density nutritious foods and started to appreciate a healthy lifestyle in a powerful way.
As the pandemic hopefully starts to loosen its grip in 2021 we will re-enter a world where we have to be on guard and continue those healthy habits that we established during the lockdown. In this video, I talk about the very simple foods and habits that we can focus on. More importantly, we discuss how to not deprive yourself of the things that you love. It’s all about balance.
