Rain Rain Go Away with some Ginger Tea to help sore muscles, digestion, & immunity.

Teas and Soups are like a big blanket to comfort my soul on a rainy, grey sky day like today. Especially ginger tea.

Some amazing benefits of ginger are:
-It helps with immunity as it helps fight germs and bacteria.
-It is good for sore muscles, swelling, and or arthritis due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
-A good solution for indigestion as well as period relief.
-And it tastes so YUM!

Oh and a couple of things, I forgot to mention in this video.

1. Store leftover chunks of ginger into thin slices and store in the freezer to use for more tea or to use for cooking such as adding in stock or soup. Zero food waste in this healthy kitchen. Add slices of lemon, limes, or oranges as a natural vitamin C boost to this warm and comforting tea on a rainy rest day from those tough home workouts.

2. You can also prepare a huge batch and store in a BPA free or glass pitcher to drink later during the day.
