I TRIED TO WALK 10,000 STEPS A DAY FOR 7 DAYS *here are my results*

I did this challenge not to lose weight but to mostly be more active during my day and to find a way to get out of the house! Since I am in lockdown right now, it is hard to find places to go and things to do however going on a nice long walk everyday can help release stress, get more vitamin D and you can find some pretty cool things that you may have never seen before! You should never excersize or workout to look a certain way, but you should to feel better and stronger! I hope this video gave you some motivation to get more active no matter what your circumstances are!
