Avocado Cheese toast with Vegetables & Paneer is a healthy and filling recipe. People who prefer to add cheese, can add a cheese slice or grated mozzarella / cheddar cheese. Avocados are packed with healthy fats, dietary fiber, and other goodies your body needs. They are a great source of nutrients, including Folate, Magnesium, Potassium, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C. Paneer is loaded with healthy fats, proteins and are very low on carbs. Cheese is a great source of calcium, fat, and protein. It also contains high amounts of vitamins A and B-12, along with zinc, phosphorus, and riboflavin.
This recipe is very easy and quick to make. Mix all the ingredients i.e. avocado, paneer, tomato, onion with salt & pepper and place on toasted wheat bread with a slice of cheese.
