Total Gym (Weider Ultimate Body Works) Resistance Band Leg Workout

Another total gym (Weider Ultimate Body Works) Leg workout using a set of tube resistance bands. You will also need an ankle attachment for circuit 3. I know not everyone has one of these, but you could always sub out those exercises if you don’t have one with another band or total gym leg exercise. I do link a pair below for those that don’t have one. Another great option is to do just Circuit 1 and 2 and up the sets by to 4 or 5.

This was a hard workout that can be modified with lower incline, reps, sets, increased rest time, or bands attached.

Workout: Ideally everything for 30-60 seconds rest x 3 sets

0:00 – Intro/Circuit 1: Band Deadlift, Overhead Band Squat x 20 reps
5:10 – Circuit 2: Prone Band Squat, Single Leg Band Press (alternate form starts on second set) x 20 reps
11:08 – Circuit 3: Leg Curl & Knee Extension for 20 reps, Band Step Up x 10 reps
