Tips to boost your immune system naturally 7:00

1. GARLIC

Garlic is full of potent antioxidants
and contains powerful antibiotic,
antiviral, and antifungal properties
which help the body ward
off and fight infections. 

2. Green Tea.
Green tea is a well known superfood, but it’s the special type of flavonoid called epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) in green tea that helps boost immunity, since it helps fight bacteria and prevent viruses from multiplying.

3. Mushrooms.
Mushrooms are rich in protein, fiber, vitamin C, B vitamins, calcium and other minerals known for strengthening the immune system.

4. Citrus fruits

Vitamin C is thought to increase the production of white blood cells, which are key to fighting infections. Almost all citrus fruits are high in vitamin C. With such a variety to choose from, it’s easy to add a squeeze of this vitamin to any meal.

5. Almonds
Just one handful of almonds can really help protect your immune system from the effects of stress. Almonds are high in riboflavin, niacin and B Vitamins.
