Accountability comes in many forms; friends, family, and perhaps self.  I love the concept of self accountability using a calendar.  Write it down daily to keep it true and to be able to self check week to week and year to year.  Today, I will give you some tips on how this form of journaling can help to you to positively improve steadily over time.
