Starting my weight loss journey in 2021, this week, I share what I eat to lose weight and how i am going to lose weight. This week I shared breakfast recipes for weight loss with egg / breakfast recipes for weight loss (easy).

I also share a little yoga for fat people. My movement routine is simple and relaxing. Nothing intense.
