Vegan Nutritional Yeast – B12 and Zinc

This nutritional yeast is a pretty weird product but one that I’m actually starting to really love so I wanted to share with you

It is made from nutritional yeast and we’ve just 5 g which is a tablespoon you can get a tonne of natural vitamins and minerals into your diet.

It tastes quite a bit like cheese and I like using it in my spaghetti Bolognese and soups but it can also be used in loads of other things including shakes and apparently even cereal!!

What I really love about nutritional yeast is that with just one tablespoon it gives you 60% of your daily zinc which is the only mineral that I sometimes have trouble getting on a vegan diet.
