B12 deficiencies can create a whole host of problems in your body and really contribute to mood swings because of how so many other vitamins depend on b12 to help the body absorb. B12 deficiency is one of the more common reasons for health issues and fatigue.
It is also important to realize that not all vitamins are made the same so are great some are just okay and some are just downright horrible. So it’s important to understand how and why you are taking your supplements.
