How To Make Weight Loss Sustainable Whilst Building Aerobic Fitness | Tempo With Surge Training

In todays Vlog, I take on another Ed Laverack Tempo Training session including 60 second anaerobic surges. These are extremely effective in respect of building aerobic fitness plus the ability to recover from surges in power at low tempo pace. A number of people have said they would like to reduce their body weight a little in order to build better power to weight ahead of cycling events in the spring and summer. And with this in mind I share my own experience over the last 10 years, including preparing for natural bodybuilding shows. The goal being to help encourage sustainable fat loss, whilst enjoying what we eat, and WITHOUT resorting to crash diets or extreme exercise regimes. Slow and steady wins the race, and helps sustain a better hormonal environment.
