How to boost immunity against covid 19 at home

Moringa leaves are an excellent source of vitamin C, but they lose most of that vitamin during drying. The dried leaves contain:
# Calcium
#Iron
#Vitamin A
#Thiamine
To make Moringa tea you need:
Water: 1 cup
Moringa Powder: 1 tsp
Fresh ginger grated: 1 tsp
Lemon Slices: 2
Honey: 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder: half tsp
1: Add ginger, cinnamon powder and lemon slices to a mug.
2: Add one cup of freshly boiled water.
3: Allow to brew for 2-3 minutes.
4: Remove lemon slices.
5: Add one tsp of Moringa powder.
6: add honey to taste.
Mix well and enjoy.
