Fitness Pulley Workout (Upper Body) for Home gym

This video shows an upper body fitness pulley workout using the Riiai Cable pulley system from amazon. I wanted to highlight some staple exercises that I use on a continual basis with this product. If you have a set up where you can attach one of these, I highly recommend them to add some versatility to your home workouts.
