Here are some of the main Hass avocado nutrition facts:

– Avocado is a good source of calories, since it provides around 170 calories per 100g.

– It’s rich in fats, particularly in monounsaturated fat. It contains around 10g per 100g.

– Avocado also provides around 3g of fibre per 100g, which is 10% of our daily needs.

– It’s a great source of vitamin E, 100g contains 73% of the daily recommended amount for women and 55% for men.

– Avocado is a good source of B vitamins, like vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B1, B2 and B3. It provides 7–25% of our daily needs per 100g.

– Lastly, it’s a good source of minerals, including copper, potassium, phosphorus, manganese and magnesium. It provides 9–21% of the daily recommended amount per 100g.
