Immunity booster the Broccoli salad

Broccoli salad: 1. Immunity booster.
2. Powerful antioxidant.
3. Deeply concentrated with vitamin C.

Ingredients: Broccoli 600 gm (florets)
2: Curd 300gm (hung curd)
3: Honey 1 tsp.
4: Frozen milk 2-3 tbsp
5: Pipli and Kabab Chini 3/4 tsp
6: Black paper 1/4 tsp
7: Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
8: Virgin olive oil 1tsp
9: Flax seed oil 1 tsp
10: Lemon juice 1 tsp
11: Garlic roasted 4-5 cloves
12: Salt as per taste
1113: Onion-half bulb finely chopped
14: Red pepper (Small quantity as per requirement)
15: Yellow pepper (As per requirement)
16: Giloy and Ashwagandha extract 1tsp

Recipe:
Soak broccoli in vinegar, soda bicarb, salt, water 1tsp each for half an hour. Take it out under running water.

For the raw salad: Put broccoli into boiling water and take it out immediately and let it cool in a bowl. Raw broccoli salad is the best because it’s loaded with vitamin C.
It absorbs better than the cooked one in the body. Don’t eat vitamin C from the chemist shop because an overdose of vitamin C can harm your vital organs. Can get vitamin C in your kitchen from vegetables and fruits only. Don’t take supplements.

Dressing: Hung 300gm of probiotic curd in a muslin fabric for one hour (hung curd is ready).
Put this hung curd in a bowl add frozen milk, honey, kali mirch, pipli and kabab chini, apple cider vinegar, virgin olive oil, lemon juice, roasted garlic, onions, red and yellow pepper, Giloy, and ashwagandha extract- stir it very well.

Arrange raw broccoli, lettuce leaves and raspberries on a plate add the dressing stir it very well, and garnish it with blueberries cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and sunflowers seed.

Kadahi steaming: put broccoli on a steaming basket in a Kadahi with water and cover it with lid for 4 minutes. Switch off the gas stove and take it out the broccoli in a bowl.

Waffle machine: Broccoli steamed in a waffle machine is the best because it retains more nutrients enhances its antioxidant but is left with very little vitamin C. Its vitamin C gets ruined by this method of cooking but still, it is the best method. Arrange steamed broccoli from a waffle machine to a platter now add chopped tomatoes and pomegranate seeds.
Dressing: (Balsamic vinegar, Virgin olive oil, honey, lemon juice, soya sauce and very little tomato sauce). Garnish it with Kaaju and soaked Badams.

Broccoli leaves are highest in cell protecting antioxidant full of vitamin E, K and calcium please don’t through it.

Broccoli stalk contains the most fiber, it’s more nutrient than the florets of broccoli so please don’t through it.
