Nutritional supplements and hair loss

In this video I have selected a literature base article about useful Nutritional supplements for hair loss and discussed about the effectiveness of vitamins and minerals for overcoming different types of hair loss problems. Nutrition like Vitamin A, B family such as riboflavin and biotin, Vitamin D and E as well as some minerals such as zinc, Iron and Selenium are going to be mentioned and you would grab a good idea about their benefits and harms in terms of hair loss.
