COVID 19 2021 Update: Supplements for COVID, Ivermectin, Leronlimab, RLF 100, Monoclonal Antibodies

The key to treating COVID 19 is EARLY AND AGGRESSIVE TREATMENT.
Supplements for COVID (Over-the-counter medications) like vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc, n-acetylcysteine, and melatonin should be taken to balance and prepare the immune system.
Zinc, Quercetin, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, N-acetylcysteine, and Melatonin. All of these medications are available at your local pharmacy like Target, CVS, or Walgreens.
While there are no conclusive studies to prove how beneficial these OTC supplements for covid are enough. Anecdotal evidence and research studies look into the mechanism of action to suggest they have an anti-inflammatory impact.
Physicians like Dr. Pierre Kory and Dr. Paul Marik have been advocating using ivermectin during this phase. At the same time, other doctors have seen benefits in their patients using steroids like prednisone or dexamethasone, or budesonide, which is a nebulized steroid.
Ivermectin is an antiparasitic medication used to treat scabies, headlice, and worm infections that have been suggested to have antiviral properties against COVID 19.
If you have been following the recent news, you will know that my friend and fellow physician, Dr. Drew, recently came down with COVID 19 and took ivermectin along with the Eli Lilly monoclonal antibody and is starting to recover and feel better. These monoclonal antibodies act to neutralize the virus. The FDA gave emergency use authorizations for Regeneron and Eli Lilly’s monoclonal antibodies to be used in mild to moderate, non hospitalized COVID 19 patients.
There are hospitals and infusion centers with access to these monoclonal antibodies, so it is best to call your local hospitals to see it is available. I do know that CORAM has Eli Lilly monoclonal antibody infusion centers set up around the country, and all you need is for your physician to sign a form and fax it to CORAM. My friend Josh works for CORAM, which is how I was able to help Dr. Drew, so if you email me, I can forward the forms to you.
Dexamethasone reduced covid deaths by one-third in ventilated covid 19 patients and one- in other patients receiving oxygen only. There was no benefit among those covid 19 patients who did not require respiratory support. Based on these results, 1 death would be prevented by treating around 8 ventilated patients or around 25 patients requiring oxygen alone.
In my opinion, the best immunomodulating medicine we have for severe and critical COVID 19 patients is Leronlimab. Leronlimab is an experimental monoclonal antibody developed by Cytodyn and works by reducing the cytokine storm’s inflammation using the CCR5-CCL5 axis.
The other drug I strongly believe in for severe and critical cases is RLF 100, also known as Aviptadil, an experimental vasoactive intestinal peptide developed by NeuroRx and Relief Therapeutics that works as both an antiviral and an immunomodulator. I have had a few detailed discussions with their CEO, Dr. Jonathan Javitt, regarding his science and research and will post links to those below.
And finally, a drug not discussed much in the medical community but is being investigated in a COVID 19 clinical trial at Brown University is maraviroc. Maraviroc, like Leronlimab, is a CCR5 antagonist that was FDA approved to treat HIV.
