Happy New Year!!!! I know we’re all trying to detox and reset our bodies after the plethora of food we’ve enjoyed over the holidays so today I’ll be showing you how to get your fruit and vegetable intake all in three delicious smoothies.

COTTON CANDY SMOOTHIE
1. Vanilla Yogurt or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2. Frozen Banana
3. 1/2 Cup Water
4. A Handful of frozen Cauliflower
5. A Handful of Frozen Strawberries
Blend Well.

CARROT ORANGE SMOOTHIE
1. Vanilla Yogurt or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2. Frozen Banana
3. 1/2 Cup Water
4. A Handful of Frozen Carrots
5. A Handful of Frozen Oranges or 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
Blend Well.

MANGO BUTTERNUT SMOOTHIE
1. Vanilla Yogurt or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2. Frozen Banana
3. 1 Cup Water
4. A Handful of Frozen Mangoes or Pineapples
5. A Handful of Frozen Butternut Squash
Blend Well.
