I was excited to try these. They are a very fun color. The texture is great. The flavor is a little strange, I think it tastes like fruity cooked spaghetti haha.
But its still eatable. I really think they help my nails grow faster and stronger. My skin does seem clearer and less dry. I will continue to take them.
I’be been using this for a week now and I’ve definitely seen improvements more energy great sleep and flexibility is improving.
