My Daily #Nutrition Routine for #Vitamins & #Supplements

In this video I go over my daily general routine for what vitamins and supplements I take to maintain my health. This video is about 30-minutes long and is jam-packed, including WHY I personally have to pay such close attention to my own health and wellness (without having health insurance). There’s SO MUCH to learn, in general, and there’s so much that not even doctors can know everything, but you gotta start somewhere!

I haven’t been sick with a cold or the flu (or coronavirus) for at least the last 10 years. And for me, given my past health problems, that’s a miracle. I don’t go to fancy doctors or health spas with the stars or anything like that. Everything I talk about in this video is do-able and can help you gain clarity and a sense of control over your own health. You are in your body and you are the one living your life — not anyone else; not the doctors, health “experts” in government, not the lawyers, not the politicians, not your parents, spouse, friends, family, me, no one. Your health is YOUR responsibility and the sooner more people start learning about their own health and wellness the better off our world will be!
