It is very easy to swallow, and gets into your system quickly since it is a jell capsul.
Husband has taken this product for years and seems to like it.
I prefer it over AREDSs as it is only once a day as opposed to 4 a day and it contains Omega 3, Lutein and Zeaxthin. I also contains Vitamins C and E plus Zine and Copper as does AREDSs.
It is missing the Vitamin A that AREDSs has but I dont see that as a problem and too…
