**CAUTION: I get a bit emotional here but I am also pretty silly**
So this is my Covid-19 story. I caught Coronavirus a few months ago just as the numbers started rising here in Los Angeles, CA. And there was nothing to do but go through it and let my body fight it off.
I only had a mild case (thank goodness) but all in all it was still nerve wrecking and annoying to go through.
Also, just if you care my health regime is as follows:
-2 Elderberry gummies
-2 Cod Liver Oil capsules
-3 Vitamin C pills
-2 Multivitamins
And that’s DAILY
I Workout 5 days a week. I don’t eat pork of beef and I am low to gluten free.
