Omg I’m actually beyond shocked right now! I have a vitamin d deficiency and it was a 9.6 which was very low. My doctor prescribed 50,000 iu of. D2 and after taking it once I felt horrible and did some research and found out that D3 was better absorbed.
So I ordered these and started taking it once a day, then after about a week I started taking 1 in the morning and 1 at night and within about a month I went in for a blood test again to make sure if these vitamins were actually working…. guys kid…

My level is a 70! In a month?!?? I’m so thankful for these vitamin D3 pills they’ve literally changed my life and made me feel so much better I still can’t believe it.
I’ve had vitamin d deficiency before and I barely was able to get it up and the doctor would tell me that it would take 3 months!! But noooo by a month of taking these my levels went back up by 60.4!
Please please if you have a deficiency don’t take the one your doctors prescribing if it’s D2! Take this! I can’t express how important this is!
I love all Garden of Life supplements but I am just curious bec the capsules for the Vit D (please refer to pic) is a tad smaller than the rest of the capsules of the other supplements I am taking from the same brand.
I am a little paranoid bec when I ordered all 3 supplements the Vit D3 came with a dilapidated box and I was thinking maybe it was tampered with?
