I LOST 154 Pounds NATURALLY Eating In A Calorie Deficit | What I Eat In A Day | Gym Routine& TIPS

Hey you guys! Here is another what I eat in a day which was highly requested from you guys. I pretty much eat whatever as long as it fits. One cookie won’t hurt you but 12 will! It’s all about eating in moderation. Being in a calorie deficit was the best route for weight loss because it’s way easier to stick to versus cutting out everything I love!

Honey Wheat Bread with Egg whites,Cheese, Thin Sliced Ham, Microwave Bacon, Spinach, and Grape Jelly. With Dannon Light and Fit Diabetic Friendly Strawberries and Cream
* Calories: 326 calories (31.1g Carbs/9.9g Fats/32.6g Protein)

Meal 2: (Snack)
Carb Sense Tortilla with Wendy’s chicken breast, cheese, one slice of bacon, spinach, and Bolthouse farm yogurt ranch dressing. With Fairlife Vanilla Protein Shake
* Calories: 386 calories (19g Carbs/12.1g Fats/60.2g Protein)

Meal 3: (Dinner)
Chicken Parmesan with marinara and pasta (HEB Meal Simple)
* Calories: 550 calories (49g Carbs/22g Fats/40g Protein)

Meal 4: (Dessert)
Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookies with Enlightened Brownie and Cookie Dough Ice Cream
* Calories: 230 calories (26.9g Carbs/10.4g Fats/11.9g Protein)
