Skincare part 2 – more Paul’s choice , oils, spf, supplements and diet

I’m confined to my bedroom today as I’ve pulled my back and have sciatic pain going down my left leg so resting up. But I miss my Ali Pallies so I filmed a very long video on skincare. So long that I ended up having to split it into 2 parts . I’ve split the films into two parts:
