MEDICINAL FRENCH ONION SOUP

This is a medicinal and nourishing French Onion Soup, that is why I added 8 cloves of garlic to assist you in your recovery from illness. You can reap many benefits from French Onion Soup, if you’re having problems with allergies, infections or any cardiovascular issue, this will be a good soup to add to your recovery regimen.

Plus, onions contain a great deal of fiber and folic acid, a B-vitamin that helps your body make healthy new cells.

RECIPE
5 big onions
5-6 cups chicken broth
sprinkle of parsley
1 tsp. dried thyme
6-8 garlic cloves
Black peppercorns
¼ cup butter
Sea Salt
Mozzarella cheese or croutons

Melt butter in pot and add the grated garlic. Add the chopped onions and cook until carmelized. Takes about 30 minutes or more to reach a light brown color which is the secret to a good onion soup.
Season with salt. Stir. Add the dried thyme and parsley. Stir. Mix well. Then, add 1 tbsp. of almond or coconut flour. (did not show this in the video)
Mix well, again. Add chicken stock, Stir well. Let simmer for a few minutes to your liking.
Put in miniature crocks and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese or croutons.
Put in oven on a broil setting and let cheese melt for 1-2 minutes.
